When it comes to searching a home you have to stop and think what you are wanting most in your home.

Ask your self, do I want to live in a multi-family condo / town-house style with the low maintenance or do I want to have a home with a yard without having to worry about high HOA fees.

I would contact a REALTOR to discuss the options and find out what is best for you. Let me know if I can help.

Thank you,

Here's the facts...

Buying: Build Equity, Home will appreciate in value, You get a tax write off, dollar for dollar, the purchase home is nicer than the rental (usually by a lot), and you have ownership in something that in all literal reality is an asset you can hold on to, rent it out and make money off of it! Great investment.

Renting: Nothing! But your landlord will love you for all of the reasons listed above.

Start here: - Most aggressive lender in San Antonio... she will get you a free loan pre-approval.

Step 2 - send me a text, e-mail, or call me and I will send you a very detailed list of all the homes that fit what you are looking for

Step 3 - lets go shopping...

Easy as pie.

There are those who have the horror stories of how hard it was to buy a home... but talk to any one of my clients.. and they will tell you... it was just as easy as qualifying for a rental. But we make it easy... Renting is always a bad move... throwing away money with no tax benefits, no equity, but your landlord loves you for paying their mortgage for them :) ... more
