I would suggest that you pick up the phone and call a lender or two and go from there. You may also call a local realtor and ask for a lender referral from the realtor.

As I was born, raised and still here. San Antonio is my top choice. Our great city offers anything you might need or want. We have a strong economy, great restaurant and entertainment, historical and new attractions, so much that will always have something to do and enjoy.

While Brandeis encompasses a variety of areas that are zoned to that school, a great area to live in is Sonoma Ranch, located in Helotes (right outside loop 1604). Although this area has a Helotes address, it is located within the city of San Antonio. The Sonoma Ranch Community has a variety of houses pricing and size wise.
