It was suggested to me once that if you are on the east side of the road you may get more pollution as the winds come from the ocean and move eastward.

San Anselmo is still a hot market comparably. Yes, there are fewer homes being sold. Yes, some sellers are still dreaming about the prices they want for their homes, and yes, some buyers are still sitting on the fence waiting for prices to drop even more. But, as with other micro-markets in Marin, if a house is well presented, well priced and well located (and San Anselmo definitely fits that category), the days on market should be no more than 30. ... more
