Here rentals generally do not charge for parking; but it becomes much more common on those closer to the city where parking is limited or has to be contracted with a third party. Within a rental complex trash is generally covered; however, in a single family home that may be the renters responsibility along with other utilities. Pets will almost always require an additional deposit, which may be non-refundable so ask...... You can check for rental properties as well as Property Pond. You can look under the University of Utah location or you can try 84102, 84013 and 84105. These are all great locations and near the University. You can also check with me as I have a duplex that might be available sometime in July. It is approx. 10 minutes from the university in the Arcadia Heights Location. ... more
