What did you end up doing if you don't mind me asking? Did you try to expunge your eviction off your public record or was it also on your credit report? Please advise.

We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the 'Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Select your preferred property type, square footage, allowed pets, etc.
5. Click the orange 'Done' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Request Viewing" button. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

Be very careful when renting from individuals. Verify with the County Property Appraiser's website that the person you speak with is the actual owner. There are scams in our area where someone changes the locks on foreclosure properties and then "rents" them to individuals, taking their up front 1st and last months rent money and disappearing. Never send money before meeting the individual at the property and viewing it. Good luck with your rental home search. ... more

If your home is listed on MLS, it's possible that the realtor uses a marketing method that automatically posts on Trulia and other real estate advertising websites by "osmosis". This is typical when greatest exposure is the objective as is the norm for marketing. If you still want your home removed from Trulia, it will be easier for the realtor who listed your home to delete it from Trulia advertising. Or you can try this link to obtain Trulia Support:

It will ask you to either sign in using a Facebook account, or create a new Trulia account, in order to send Trulia request for more information/assistance about topics not covered in their FAQs.

Assume that most rentals here are scams. They will want you to send money to them for some reason. Don't!! Those are the scams and they are abundant here.

Go to the listing - find the link named MORE, under it is a drop down menu with FLAG - Click it

Also - Never Ever send money = those are scams
