Headboard are not a must in order to get your home sold. However making sure it is staged to sell will definitely help to get it sold.

there is a difference in what area you are in. For example in 2012 St Louis County overall had a 3% increase, St Charles County had a 4.4% increase, St Louis City had an 18.1% increase adn Jefferson county had a 1.6% increase. Within those areas however, there was a huge difference in areas - for example North St Louis County didn't have the same level of increase that West St Louis County had and within the city of St Louis, there were areas that declined and areas that increased.

The data you want is available, but it really has to be refined by more than just the St Louis metro area.

Hi Carole,

Welcome to Trulia and thank you for your question. Only listings that have been submitted to us manually can be edited directly on Trulia at this time. For all other listings, only photos and open house information is currently editable on Trulia and all other changes must be made with the listing source.

In your case that source is Coldwell Banker and you should contact them to ensure that they make any necessary updates to their site and also the data feed they send to us. Once they update their data feed, our display should update automatically thereafter to show the new information.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or feedback for us.

Best Wishes,

Emily Gibson
