There is no surge of sales. This is normal, people outgrow their units and move on. I happen to have a two bedroom, one bath unit - 950 square feet with a full harbor view in the front of the building.
My office, Gateway Arms Realty also has other one or two bedrooms available.

This is a co-op building so they require a 15% down payment and board approval. Homeowners cannot sublet or have a dog, cats are acceptable.. There is also a waiting list for parking, otherwise there is a parking garage down the street. You can also walk to the ferry terminal or take the bus that stops in the front of the building. The common charges include heat, hotwater and Real Estate taxes.
You are responsible for electric and cable. There are also two laundry rooms in the building.

Hardwood floors are in all the rooms, there is an updated kitchen and appliances. They require good credit, a three month reserve fund and good income.

If you have any interest in this building or other co-op/condo builldings within the St. George area,
please do not hesitate to call or email.

Local Staten Island Artist Scott Lobaido held a great show last August in the old Fishs Eddy warehouse at 139 Bay St. As the lights went out in the crowded warehouse the stage came alive as Scott performed live, creating another masterpiece before our eyes on a large clear flat glass canvass suspended from the ceiling. It was a great time, and further evidence that there is a lot going on in St. George these days. ... more
