Hi there,

HOA fees are not typically charged to renters of apartments in this area. You will probably need to contact this complexes onsite rental office to get exact costs.

If you would like me to send you a list of available rentals in the St. Augustine area, feel free to call or email me with your specific needs. Thanks!

Hi Mr. Coulson,

HOA fees, which cover maintenance of common areas, are included in monthly rent. This additional fee only applies if you purchase a home there.

Good Morning Laurie,,
It seems you have received a lot of info from agents in Central or SouthWest Florida. In South Florida, Ft. Lauderdale, Delray Beach, etc, there are many communities which offer beautiful homes within walking distance to restautrants, cafe's, shopping, theater's and nightlife. My office is on Las Olas Blvd, which is in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale and sourrounded by nightlife, restaurants, shops and ofcourse beautiful homes on canals. Most folks are moving down here because of the wealth of canals we have here for boat dockage, which is why Ft. Lauderdale is considered "The Venice Of America". Delray Beach is also very popular, and the same type of area, without all the canals because it is located in Palm Beach County, about 1/2 hour North of Ft. Lauderdale. Ofcourse Atlantic Avenue, considered a trendy district is located near the intracoastal and ocean also. Delray Beach also offers a lot for young active families. You will just have to come down for a visit and check out these great areas so you can decide for yourself which areas would be suitable for you. Please feel free to contact me anytime for additional info.
Kind Regards,
