There are some great answers below. I've lived in St. Augustine for over 10 years and I think its all decent. Of course, I'm probably a little biased in my opinions... Anyway, depending on the space that you need, and what type of lifestyle your looking for I have quite a few recommendations for you. Downtown St. Augustine is an awesome place to live that's filled with tons of history and a short bike ride from everything you need. Anastasia Island has some great neighborhoods, its minutes from the beach, and of course you live on and Island (pretty cool). Those are just a few of the great spots in St. Augustine. Call, Text, or Email me if I can help. Thanks and Welcome to St. Augustine! ... more

The answer can vary. I can suggest a couple of different possibilities but must ask a few questions. Are schools important and if so what grade level, do you want a neighborhood or are you looking for a townhouse/condo development, do you have pets? Keep in mind rentals come and go very quickly and I suggest a target date around May 1 to choose a property. I also suggest you keep a eye on Craiglists since many homeowners list and rent their properties themselves. I would be more than happy to provide you with some rentals based on the answers to above questions. Thanks and hope to hear from you. ... more
