Hello,

To remove a home from your saved homes, please follow these steps:

1. Hover your mouse over your screen name at the top right and click 'My Boards'.

2. Click the 'Saved Homes' tab. A list of your saved homes appears. Find the home you want to delete.

3. At the bottom right of the saved home, you will see a bubble with 3 dots. Click this. A gray pop up will appear with the option to delete.

4. Click delete.

Regards,

I am a real estate agent with We Give Realty, and if you are interested in buying a new construction home, we can help you! When you use We Give Realty as your buyer's agent, we give you . . . #1. our new home buyer's agent representation service for FREE, #2. 2% cash back on your new home purchase, so we share with you 2/3 of our typical commission paid to us by the builder. That's a check for $8,000 on a $400,000 new construction home that we give to you! We can give you a list of home builders in the area who will build on your own lot. The best way to anser your questions of price point and additional fees is to find out directly from the builders themselves and then compare their homes and prices to make your decision. The schools in Green Cove Springs are about the closest Clay County schools to St. Augustine. It would be about a 45 minute commute. Charles E Bennett Elementary and Green Cove Springs Middle School are the schools there. Is there a reason why you wouldn't find a teaching job in St. Johns County instead so you could teach in the St. Augustine area? The schools in St. Johns County are #1 in the state of Florida and are excellent, excellent schools. Clay County schools are probably the next best in the area, so they are still good. I live in st. Johns County and have 3 children in the schools and am very happy with them. I also want to mention that I am a real estate agent for We Give Realty, and if you are interested in buying a new construction home, we can help you! Standard closing costs apply just like any other loan. However, USDA does permit the seller to pay all the buyers closing costs up to 6% which is enough. USDA also allows the buyer to roll in their closing costs in the loan, assuming the house appraises high enough.

I moved here after settlement in June 2015. It's nice, it's clean, it has amenities. But there are some negatives. Beware the realtors espousing the good things, and nothing else.

I have observed drunken college kids of unknown age roll into the parking lot with a bunch of noisy drunks in the car - I have witnessed two pukings in the parking lot. There are a lot of college kids here and it shows. They can be pretty loud with their "boom cars" rolling thru the lot at 1 or 2 AM on weekends.

I have a problem with noise in general, (I grew up next to and have lived near airports all of my life), so I was kind of thinking that this place may be quiet. I was wrong.

Turns out that we are on the flight Path out of the local airport, but that's ok with me because they are not jets on scheduled flights - they are small prop jobs and some classics - so I do not mind that noise yet. Someday, when there are scheduled jets out of st Augustine that might be a problem.

The noise problem here is the route 312 bridge over the Matanzas River that lifts all traffic noise above the trees and you can hear it very clearly. There are loud trucks and motorcycles gonig over it all day and most of the night. I should have scoped this place out at NIGHT to listen for this, and I probably would have kept looking.

Other than that, this is a great place.P
