A larger Condominium complex may offer less expensive services just because so many people share the cost as opposed to a boutique building. Hi David, The $135 HOA for 15884 S. Avenida Juarez in Rancho Resort is MONTHLY. Rancho Resort is an Active Adult (55+) community in Sahuarita AZ. Rancho Resort does provide a great deal of amenities for the $135 fee per month. Contact a LOCAL Sahuarita Realtor and they can provide you with additional information.

We would need either the address of the property in question, or the subdivision. The dues an HOA charges vary from each separate HOA. You know who can help you with that, plus show you properties? A local Realtor. Why not contact one or more from the list of agents that took the time to answer your question, or jump into the Trulia online Directory. Majority of the time, if the property is listed on MLS, there is no charge to the buyer to work with a buyers agent.

Connie, I searched both by subdivision and also by street name, and there is nothing on the MLS that is for sale or rent on Esherton, currently. Sorry! If you saw a sign, that may be your best bet, or check the Trulia ad you saw to see if it is a sold listing.
