Jackie Rankin answered:
Robin,

I looked at the Sellers Disclosure and it states no previous flooding to the home. I think what you are seeing is where the dirt splashes up on the home due to not having gutters. It is usually appears as even line on the brick/siding of the home, and I've seen it many, many times. Obviously, you'd want to take a look at the interior and have it checked out by a home inspector, but I don't think it's anything to worry about. Please let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks so much!

You should ask or hire a Realtor to find this out for you. They would need to contact the listing agent to to see if this is an option. Best of luck to you.

Could be 468 Normandy. Not currently listed that I see.
If you would like to make an offer on it we can arrange this for you.
It will likely sell for more than proposed price though.
If you would like a list of foreclosures in the Saginaw area just let me know.

This home does not have a garage, but can easily be convered back. When looking at properties it is helpful to look around the neighborhood to see how many garage conversions there are and the street parking situation. All factors in the purchase price. Let me know if I can assit you in finding a suitable property for the price range you can afford. Bob Greene 817-675-4717 ... more

This property is currently active in the MLS at a price of $139,900. The home features 2543 SF according to the Tax roll. You may know this, but the home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It is priced very well compared to what has sold in the area for the last 6 months. If you are interested in this home you probably need to take a look a decide if you want to make an offer, since it is priced to well.

Our team is very familiar with this area and have sold in this subdivisionn in the past. Let us know if we can help.
