I recommend speaking with someone in the state of FLorida. You may take a hit temporarily on the FHA loan but if its all that is available to you right now, take it. Sounds lke you will have some equity when you purchase. Wait a year or so and even if rates go up to 5.5% you will still be better off refinancing into a conventional as long as you keep an eye on you credit. ... more

I currently have a very nice 2/2 condo for sale in Cypress Trace and the monthly maintenance fee is $380.00.

Hi, Janette. Ted is correct. Bay Woods in Safety Harbor is a very nice neighborhood in a desireable area. Unfortunatley, several homes in the immediate area have had subsidence/settlement issues. I am very familiar with the area neighborhoods and would be happy to help you to find a home that fits your needs and wants.
