BTW, Zillow does the same thing. Many foreclosures that appear on Zillow are not list price, but the amount reflected in the legal complaint for foreclosure.

So, in the instance you is it happens often The house if for sale at 987K, and the agent representing the property edited the listings on Zillow to reflect the asking price. That agent may not be working with Trulia. While it might be a good idea if they did, they have no obligation to do so. There are several instances where agents work with Trulia and not Zillow, so one might easily find the reverse results as to what you found.

I am unable to attest to the above as factual for the property you speak of since I have no property details. The situation I describe, however, is quite common.

Your best source of accurate up-to-the-minute data will come from an agent working with you as a buyer agent and your representative. They will cut through all the conflicting info and get you valid info. Trulia a great starting point and offers some great resources for early stage searching. When you advance past that initial stage, find a qualified and committed REALTOR to assist you.

Saddle River is a fantastic town with one of the lowest tax rates in Bergen County. Prior to the current market homes were cost prohibitive for most buyers however there are now many values to be had.

It's definitely the time to purchase and the opportunity to afford a home that may have been out of your price range.

This is an older question however a great one worth answering none the less. The answer is YES! Every State has different laws pertaining to foreclosure , time frames and appeals however there are very specific laws that even at this late stage-an evictiion notice can stop the procedure and allow the home owner more time. Obviously it depends on a variety of issues however I specialize in this exact type of Real Estate in NJ and would be happy to answer any questions and send you an out line of time frames, appeals etc. and the law as it pertains in NJ.

East Saddle River Road in Saddle River, an estate-lined street featuring many multi-acred properties has city water available. I currently have 2 gorgeous properties on the market that have access to this water line.
Also, I have another Upper Saddle River property that has a water line directly to the property already, and another that is on a cul-de-sac but within a couple hundred feet to the water line.
