Do you live in a neighborhood with an HOA? Seems to me you can do whatever you want -- unless you need HOA approval.

Actually here is California real estate agents do sell used mobile homes. Brand new mobile homes we do not do but used we do every day.

If using an agent they'll take care of all the paperwork for you. If not using an agent first talk to you park management as most require park approval prior from the prospective buyer. The buyer should provide you a purchase agreement, if not a local title company or real estate attorney should be able to provide one to you. ... more

There is no cost to you to post your home for sale here or on Zillow. Go to Zillow and claim your home then choose sale by owner to post it for sale. Only issues you'll run into is agents don't check zillow/trulia for homes for sale and most advise their clients not to either as it isn't connected with our mls and isn't up to date. You will also most likely just have agents call you wanting to list your home with them. If you realistically want to sell your home you'll at the bare minimum hire a discount or flat fee agent to post it to the mls to get maximum exposure. ... more

Very doubtful. Most title companies and attorneys require ink signatures at closing. You should talk to your Realtor about options for signing. Sometimes the seller can sign early (several days before closing) or sometimes the title company can mail docs to you and you can sign in front of a notary. ... more

To have agents call you wanting to list your home submit it through this link:

If you really want to sell your home and get the most for your home you'd at the very least hire a discount broker to put it in the mls so buyers and their agents can see it. When agents search for homes to meet their buyers needs they search the mls and not trulia/zillow. And the agents I know specifically tell their clients to not search trulia/zillow as they aren't connected to our mls and are either outdated or missing listings. ... more

Derek Jones answered:
Have your agent correct it. Trulia isn't a brokerage and doesn't have access to our MLS. Your agent would either need to manually post/edit the information posted on Trulia/Zillow or they would need to use a 3rd party service to syndicate the listing to Trulia/Zillow. If you agent has trouble they can reach out to their broker or office admin for assistance. ... more
