Here is a tool you can use. Multiply the loan amount x .0085 and divide by 12.

This is an unfortunate situation that many face. One trick is to offer an extra months security if you can afford to do so. Another option is to have the landlord meet the dog in person.

Hi Ksegov,

Thanks for the post I would be delighted to be your Lender of choice for your bridge loan. I recognize that you are very busy, so I am only asking you to spend 6 minutes with me to discuss your needs so we can determine if we can be of service to you. After answering just a few simple non-credit related questions (I do not need to pull your credit report in advance) I will be able to email you some options that will allow you to immediately determine if we are the right choice for you and your family.
I look forward to working with you to make your dreams a REALITY.

Probably not. Your lender will want an asset that they can liquidate in the event of default.

I always suggest checking Craigslist first. They have a large number of rentals. Old Orchard usually has rentals that are a little less expensive

Greetings;
It depends on whether it is being sold as a build package, or just a lot....some land listings allow you to bring your own builder...my advice to you is to hire a broker to represent you and your interests...it would behoove you to do this as the seller will pay for it with no cost to you and you'll have someone in your corner...I'm a building contractor and a broker as well...call me if you want more help with this.
