From what I can tell by checking mls records, the listing simply expired back in April and the owners did not renew it. There is no indication of short sale or foreclosure in the listing. The listing does indicate that it was occupied by tenants at the time of the listing. Owners may be waiting for end of lease to place back on market for sale. ... more
