Hi, That fee is a month condo association fee. There is also a one time fee of $500 for a capital contribution fund. I see 2 other condos available in the community and the one time fees are listed at $250. There is one with a one time fee of 260. All 4 condos have been on the market for more than 100 days. I'm a life long Roxborough resident and grew up a few blocks from the property you inquired. As previously stated the property you referenced is in Roxborough. However, you should be aware that the Roxborough zip code does cover portions of Manayunk. Some agents unfamiliar with the area try to stretch the boundries of Manayunk in their marketing materials, which is deceiving and unethical. ROxborough is about 10-20 minutes from Art Museum Area. You can take Ridge Ave to Kelly Drive to the Museum. As far as safety and crime statistics, you won't get an answer from any licensed Realtor. It is against the law for us to talk about specific things like race, ethnic diversity, crime, safety, etc..

However, as the answers below have stated, there are many resources on the internet where you can find those statistics.

Bottom line is you must investigate on your own. Go to the neighborhood morning, afternoon, evening, late night and observe the environment a few times. Check out the cars on the block, the landscaping, condition of the homes surrounding the house of interest and block.
