Hi
I really wish Realty Trac wouldnt advertise homes that are pending foreclosure and calling them foreclosures. I have clients seeing a house and think it is in the market when in fact realty trac is trying to sell subscriptions to their notification service. When a house is behind on the payments, the bank registers that claim on the house with the county as the first step in foreclosure. If you like Heron Bay area, I searched and found 9 actives between 70k-89k. Most are short sales, ONE looks very promising to me as a foreclosed REO. This is a Freddie mac foreclosure that looks pretty nice for 79k. Many are short sales where you don't know how you stand with the bank during the approval process. I recommend bank owned REO's this one comes with a 2 year warranty and less baggage.

If you are not aligned with an agent, Call, text or email me and I can give you the address of this townhouse. Also need to verify your mortgage approval letter from a lender.

If you like my answer, thumbs up me and best answer, thx!

Looks neglected from the pictures in the MLS and so suspect cosmetic. this is a short sale with first and 2nd mortgage on it. I looked in county records and owes 300k between both mortgages. I am skeptical about short sales with 2nd lien holders and a huge deficiency amount. Let me know if you are already working with an agent. if not happy to set you up with an MLS search engine. My bias is for already foreclosed homes in Madrona and those are less painful and you know where you stand sooner.

thanks!

Dixon,
This property is no longer on the market for rent. If it was rented on a years lease that would not be up until 8/15/10. It has a full unfinished basement and did offer a rent to own option. No info on deck or patio. If you are still looking, let me know I can help you find a great home in the area you want to live. I have a super rental property comming up in the Lindenhurst area soon.

I believe it to be Village elementary school in Round Lake proper. You should always check with the district office as they do reroute some subdivisions to different schools at times as all villages do. So it is best to call them at the end of the year to see if there are any changes. The school district phone number is: 847-270-9000. If there is anything else just let us know. ... more

Laura,
This home is under contract for sale. It is a bank owned property obtained through the foreclosure process. Banks do not want to own these properties long becasue their expenses increase over time. Therfore they do not offer them for rent. ... more
