I have been offering manufactured home loan since 1987. I would be happy to put you in touch with a Realtor that is familiar with the area and manufactured homes.

In the meantime let's get you qualified for a manufactured home loan. Let's discuss your loan scenario in more detail. Contact me at 800 315 8803. My name is Bart and I am happy to answer your mortgage questions, 7 days a week and review your loan scenario. Until then, I look forward to hearing from you.

Wording of you question has me wondering do you mean is this home (address not cited by the poster) going to fall apart on top of you? or is it reliably inside the school attendance boundary for RHS?

Either way, it is reliably unknown since you did not post a specific address. The closer a house is to the edge of a current boundary, the likelier it is that population shifts could affect attendance in the future. Even when boundaries shift there are usually cross boundary waivers for current students and their siblings.
