50 Powell is under contract right now (4/29/2014). Before that, the last house that sold on this street was 74 Powell, which closed one year ago on 4/29/2013.

I'm not an attorney so I can't advise but as a landlord and Realtor I know that a lease cannot be broken with a sale or shortsale. For the most part any house can be rented in Roosevelt LI. What can't be rented is the basement. Sometimes a second floor can be rented but only with prior permits.
