2 Misty Crescent was listed as a short sale, but it was taken off the market in October 2011. It appears that the owners are still in possession of the condo.
15 Misty Crescent was listed in the fall of 2011, but the listing expired at the end of January 2012.
There's nothing on the market there at this time. There are 2 on Deer Path, but you said you only wanted Misty Crescent.
There are a couple of options: (1) I can approach either or both owners to see if they're interested in selling or just find our the situation, (2) I can set up a search so that if something comes on the market, you'll be the first to know, (3) if I know more of the specifics of what interests you at Misty Crescent, I can pick the units that fit your requirements and approach those owners. (This is something I've done successfully in the past at Sky View.)
High Ridge, Sky View, and Rolling Greens are one of my primary markets, so I'm very knowledgeable about them. I'd be glad to assist you in finding what you're looking for. (By the way, I also live here.)
Let me know which option works best for you.

I see you've already received a couple responses. I just wanted to add that I live right around the corner from you at Rolling Greens and as such, know our area very well. I've sold 3 condos in the area within the past couple of years and have one current listing.
For about 6 months, the pace of sales here slowed a bit. However, within the past month, I've started to see alot of activity. It's definintely a hot spring market with buyers also acting on the low interest rates that are currently available and on the $8,000 tax credit being offered by the federal government for 1st time buyers.
I'd be glad to speak with you about selling your condo and would appreciate the opportunity to assist you in realizing your goal of moving to Florida. Hope my thoughts on the local market have been helpful.

This is not a home listed "for sale" through the realtor community.
The company (Realty Trac) advertising the "foreclosure" through their registry with Trulia.com is in the business of publicizing properties (for a fee membership) that they feel is in varying stages of pre-foreclosure or foreclosure.
You will need to click on the Realty Trac link and join their service for their infomation.
Yet, according to the link you provided, it says the property was to be auctioned off on a date that has passed.

It doesn't look like this house ever was for sale. It is a Lis Pendens. This means "Litigation Pending" and that a lender has just started the forclosure process. The owner can still work out something with the lender before the process completes, or they may try to sell it before the process completes, but that hasn't happened yet.
If/when this house is available, you will see it listed as For Sale instead of foreclosure, and probably see a yard sign.... more
