Originally is not a bad area.I had been lived here for 40 some years. So far, two person been hit and kill in a bus stop on Virs Mill Rd.I been robbed for several times. They had to put up a metal fence in the middle of the road to stop the Latino for jive walking. Most houses had big family. They lived 30 plus people in a single house.Simply no apartment compact would rent it to them.I had to fight for my parking. They even parked on my drive way because they told me no English. The good old day is long gone, since the people whoever lived in here ,had been retired and moved out.You want to raise a family in here only when you don,t want to live. One simple evident is,if you can find an office supply in 20853,You are very lucky.Because they don,t even had any basic education and they don,t need those things. ... more

Good Afternoon:
I can provide you with information on the schools and school districts depending on the zip codes. A great place to start is http://www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/schools/#tabs.
Regarding the contingency offer these are often accepted and not daunting if everything makes sense and the offer is strong. It is always better to have your primary residence listed for sale so that it shows good faith and effort on your part to the impending seller. The property needs to be in great shape so that we can get the best price in the shortest period of time which calls for staging the home and making any repairs that are necessary. Always good if we go ahead and open title on the property and begin ensuring that it can close swiftly with no hiccups on title that might appear at the last minute. If you would like to get more information as to how my team of professionals and how we can best work for you please contact me. We are here to serve your needs.

All the Best!

Thanks for your responses. Individually I can always sent my child to private school (she is 20 months at this point), what we are wondering is we have seen a few very good properties in that area and they have been on the market for a few months, could the school district be affecting the sale? In case in 10 years or so we decide to resell - will that be a problem for us? My question is mainly out to parents and people who have family/friends in the area and know the schools personally. I have looked extensively online while doing my research, but need to also consider parents opinion. As for realtors/agents, thanks for your input, but we are already working with a wonderful agent. ... more
