Contact your NJ licensing board, they would be the best source of info. In FL you can make your license voluntarily inactive, but NJ may be different.

We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the 'Rent/Buy' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Select your preferred property type, square footage, allowed pets, etc.
5. Click the orange 'Done' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Request Viewing" button. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

For future reference, you can feel free to contact us about this type of inquiry through our contact form here:

Kara Baker answered:
Typically if a property becomes bank owned, it takes some time before the property is listed on the MLS for sale. The banks won't allow us to call them and try to schedule a showing in advance.
The best bet is to keep an eye on it to show up on the MLS, and then try to see it right away.

It seems you knew there was a foreclosure looming when you signed the lease.

It looks like you have at least 2 months before you would have to vacate and find another home.

You will get better response if you search here on Trulia or Google Titusvulle, FL Realtor then pick up the phone and call.
Sounds like your situation is serious, so pick up the phone and call.
The agent who answers may not work with rentals or other affordable options but they WILL be able to refer you to someone who is more likely to answer the phone.

Best of success to you.

Keep an eye on my Trulia blogs. I will be starting a series on increasing or supplementing your income using the tools at your fingertip. Seems everyone makes the "Increase my income" New Years pledge.
