That's what Realtors do. We know the market, the marketing, contracts, negotiations, legal issues, strategies, Title, Escrow and inspectors.... we know our business. Find a great local agent, with the right amount of experience to help you through the process and you'll do well. A great agent is worth more than their commission, but a bad one or none at all can cost you more than just the commission. ... more

Well when it comes to a loan when you're buying a house I would suggest that you look into a VA loan. VA loans are meant for veterans and have a lot of great benefits. Some benefits are that VA loans don't require a downpayment, they are easy credit qualifying, competitive rates, and reduced closing costs. I recommend that you shop around for lenders and see what they can do for you.

Well I hope this helps! If you have any further questions or if you would like a loan feel free to contact me with the information on my profile page. Also, if you found this helpful please leave me a recommendation on my profile!

Good Luck!

This is a legal matter - both civil and criminal. I would suggest that you consult with an attorney. If an attorney is outside of your budget, then you can also consider getting the police involved. That would be theft and it would get your family member in a lot of trouble, but those are about your only two options.

Sorry for the grim news...

It's more than real estate. It's RAYL-Estate!
