I don't know the crime stats, but I can tell you that there is no parking in Marsh Harbor unless you rent a townhouse; Most of the condos have only one parking space for the tenant and only a few guest parking spaces which are far from the condo; I've not heard about a lot of crime however I doubt that the Condo Assoc would report this information; Check crime data online; ... more

Real estate agents will say the sweetest of things about the community because they want your business, but frankly speaking, they r not and would never lived there. Trust me. Take it from someone who is living there or have lived there. It's not good. It's like they own you. It's a gated community, but you are not safe because people walk true the gate without even been checked. ... more

This community is safe for families but the Management is like Dictators and increasing HOA fees every year which is not fair. You will think that you made a mistake by purchasing property in this community. Stay away I am selling my house too.

Hi Michele. I don't know if you're asking this question from an owner's perspective or if you're looking to rent a townhome like the one you describe. I'm going to go a little further out on a limb and actually quote a price. I've seen some great townhomes in East Delray, 3/2s, going for around $2000/mo. Even if they are priced a little higher, you can always make an offer and get into something really nice, near the beach, Atlantic Ave, for around this price. There are also great LOFTS for rent in Pineapple Grove, right behind Starbucks, too. One of the best places to live in Delray is the little 'rectangle' that is bordered by the ocean and intracoastal (east/west) and Atlantic and Linton (north/south). You can basically hear the ocean and waves if you leave your windows open at night. ... more
