The question is subjective; don't simply just entertain what other people think or say, another's opinion may not be anywhere near the best thing for you, therefore research the neighborhood(s) of interest on your own and take the time to visit more than once; perhaps chat with locals, explore all that is important to you, then determine where your comfort level can best be reached; you can also check out ... more

There were a total of 787 single family homes sold in Riverview during the 1st and 2nd quarters. 173 of the sales were new construction (22%). 280 of the transactions were short sale or REOs. The majority of the sales today are traditional resales. I can provide more information if needed.

That's a mobile home and if you do not own the land beneath it it's kind of like buying an automobile. It isn't Real Estate if you do not actually own the land. You have to be careful when buying a trailer home because the landlord may increase your rent and possibly sell off the lot and then you will be reponsible for removing the trailer.

You may be better off buying a small condo instead of a mobile home If you will not own the land beneath.

That's a good question Peggy! You should work directly with the listing agent who can help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

Hi Pilar,

Unfortunately no one can answer that honestly because it a mystery to us all. Based on Real Estate statistics the market bottomed out last June or July of 2009.
