That's a mobile home and if you do not own the land beneath it it's kind of like buying an automobile. It isn't Real Estate if you do not actually own the land. You have to be careful when buying a trailer home because the landlord may increase your rent and possibly sell off the lot and then you will be reponsible for removing the trailer.

You should work directly with the listing agent who can help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.
