I am sorry that you have had trouble removing saved rentals. This is a known issue that our developers are addressing. Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer you a solution to remove these, however if you like I would be happy to notify you when the repair has been completed.

Definitely Flag that Listing! These things happen from time to time but if you Flag this listing Trulia can take action.

You should ask your agent. We provide a weekly report to all of our listings that show the number of hits from all of the major website. An agent should be able to access this information for you. ... more

As Annette shared, Trulia is a site where your agent must sent you a link. If you wish to commend without a special invitation, yelp allows unsolicited reviews.

I too have a dislike for popups so don't be offended if I ask if you have adjusted your security settings in your internet options. Many internet users overlook this feature. Depending on the browser you are using you probably have many options. Usually going to the tools menu and at the bottom hitting "internet options" then using the "privacy" setting you can turn on your pop up blocker. Hope this helps. ... more

Trulia Customer Service answered:

Niki from Trulia here. Wow good answer from Christine!

Just a little to add, it depends on how the listing was submitted to us, if the delete button will remove the listing from the site.

If we are receiving the listing data from a "feed" from another site, such as a broker site, then the delete button will remove the listing from your profile and your claim to the listing. You must update the listing status with the source site and allow sufficient time for the listing to be removed from Trulia. You can use the "flag" option in the listing to have it removed, again allowing time for us to receive the request and remove the listing.

If you manually submitted the listing then delete from the "my listings" page will remove the listing from the site.

Thank you for using Trulia for your real estate needs. Please feel free to contact us directly with any other questions by email or by phone 1-888-466-3501 Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm PST.

Heather Paul answered:
Utilities included are usually decided upon by the owner leasing the property. Many areas of Hemet do include utilties but not all properties do. The best bet would be to contact a local Realtor and have them provide you with a list of current rentals and ones that include utilities.

Have a great day,
