Do not even think of going!! It is a school for very troubled boys...some with criminal backgrounds. They have several lawsuits against them for rape and abuse allegetions; and have settled at least 14 of them. IT IS BAD NEWS!!! ... more

First of all, no city is completely 100% safe and you always have to be on your guard. But don't just take it from me, Ray the Realtor. I spent several years as a Deputy Sheriff in Fontana, Rialto, Bloomington, & Rancho Cucamonga & then more as a Police Officer in Pomona. When it comes to gangs and crime, I've seen it all. When I take buyers out to show homes, the things I look for that many don't notice are the telltale signs of crime. Many times, when buying a home, the excitement can block your view of things that I notice right away. And I use my particular set of skills, education, expertise and experience to help my clients find the right place to live. Take a drive around at different times of the day and night and on weekends, especially Friday and Saturday nights. Go to the police station and ask to speak with the officer that handles that beat during swing shift. He or she can give you far more insight than anyone else here. Also, take a look at the following website for more detailed info on crime in this and any other area you may be interested in: Your BEST option, if you're serious about purchasing a home is to get with a Realtor who knows the area and can help you through the process. That's the FIRST and foremost step in finding a safe home. Check with friends and family to see if they can refer someone to you or research sites, such as this one to find a good professional Realtor. Also, you can download my FREE Real Estate Search app & have access to all homes for sale or rent right at your fingertips. No more waiting for a Realtor to call you back. And best of all, my company is giving away $50,000. Hurry the deadline ends 3/31/14 to enter to win $50,000! For details, visit: Good luck! ... more

School district boundaries change annually and this neighborhood is on the border of two-Val Verde School District (in which Victoriano is located) and Moreno Valley School District.

Also, within each school district, individual elementary, middle and high schools have their own boundaries.

I would recommend calling each district and inquiring about specific addresses you are considering. Here are both school district web pages:

Best of luck!

Living on Morgan would place you children at the Brookside Elementary school. In order to attend the Tournament Hills elementary school you would have to live within Tournament Hills or Fairway Canyon developments.

I would be happy to help you locate a comparable home as the one on Morgan, yet located within the area for your children to attend Tournament Hills Elementary.

Always Glad To Help,
