Hi Erin - this home has a pending offer on it and has since Feb. 14th. It usually takes a bit of time before Trulia catches up with the true status of homes on the market.

Good Evening!

This listing is still available. It is not a short sale or foreclosure. The interior photo's do not show a tub in the master bath. The installation of a pool would be up to the association by-laws. The association dues are low at only ($35.00 monthly) which I'm assuming only covers the entrance ways. If you are interested in viewing the inside of the home just let me know. You are allowed if interested in purchasing the property to view the by-laws to determine if there are any rules regarding pools.

Good Luck,

I would love to show you this house if you are not already working with a realtor. I can help you through the home buying process and help you purchase this home and help you find another if you qualify to purchase. Please give me a call or email me. I used to live in Richmond and am very familiar with the area.
Thank you and Happy New Year

Chip Andis answered:
The property you asked about:
33700 Armada Ridge Road, Richmond
is a foreclosed property.

The Sheriff Sale was 02/19/2010
If the bank is allowing the 6 month redemption period, you should
not expect the property to be on the market before August.

Trulia shows ALL transactions. The $114,280 shown in Trulia is the amount
of the bid by the lender at the Sheriff Sale. It does not mean that it was a private
individual sale, nor does it mean the house was on the market.

Beth Walsh answered:
The seller has accepted an offer but contingencies may still exist. Once an offer is accepted, the buyer performs what is known as "due diligence" by inspecting the property and securing their loan. So the property is sold "pending" the due dilligence and approval of the inspections and loans. ... more

Angie, this property has a 2.5 car garage, but it's Bank Owned so there won't be a Disclosure to satisfy any of your other questions. You would need to have a home inspection to determine answers to your questions. ... more

Hi Nellie,

The sheriff sale on this home was recorded on 10/20/08. It is not currently on the market, if there is a lock box there it should be coming on the market very soon. Probably going through the process of getting it listed right now. If you would like, send me your email address and I'll keep an eye on it and let you know as soon as it comes on the market. ... more
