contact the listing agent immediately and request to change correct info. Most of the agents have the pda/smart phone and can instantly log on the website and make the change.

There are a lot of REOs and short sales in that area. It’s tough because you are competing against lower priced homes. Investors are creating bidding wars on these preforeclosure and foreclosed homes so things might eventually reach the price you are selling at, but when....hard to say.
