The first question is:
#1. Do you want to be a homeonwer?
Answer: Nobody ever becomes a homeowner as the result of a lease/option (LO) or rent to own.(RTO)

#2. Do you want to be a lifetime renter?
Answer: Entering into LO or RTO assure you will NEVER save sufficient money for a downpayment on a home. You will be a renter.

#3. But my credit is crap, I've got no job, no money saved and my dog ran away! How can I buy a home?
