The city has it assessed at $32,800. Just a heads up, you might want to check with the city on the chicken coup, it might ruffle some feathers...

Debroper,

I would suggest, that as a buyer, you Google every local agent that responds to your question here on Trulia, learn as much as you can about who they are online, read their client testimonials, so you know what their clients are saying about them, and then give them each a call and just ask them why we think you should work with them instead of another agent. This will take you a little while to do, but will be time well spent, as choosing the right agent is the first step towards choosing the right home. Then, pick the best fit for you and let them go to work for you with the skill and knowledge that they have. If you are not comfortable with any of them, let me know & I will get you a great referral.

Also, as a loan officer, I can get you approved for a loan so you can negotiate a better deal on whatever home you buy. Give me a call at 206-841-9976 if you want any help.

Marchell Mascheck answered:
The county says there is only 2420 square feet. The MLS listing shows that there is 3248 total square feet, but only 3100 is actually finished. The below grade square footage is 828, so if you add the 828 to the 2420, you get 3248. There is either additional square footage added to the home that the county has not included or an appraiser has adjusted the living space to 3100. The property is multi-level and may be difficult to determine the actual number. I suspect that the county did not include all the livable square footage in their numbers. I would recommend that the home be measured by a person of your choice prior to making any offer. Hope this helps! ... more
