Thanks for the heads up. I get a lot of calls about rental properties listed on Craigs List that turn out to be fraudulent. If it looks to good to be true it probably is.

Hi!

There are several for lease in Richardson, at Richardson Crossing (populated by many medical personnel) and Waterfall Crossing. Plano had quite a few that met your criteria.

Send me your email and I will email you a listing of what is currently available.

Best regards,

The closest that I see in that price range are 3 bdr 1 bths for $795 - $800 and they are only 3 on the market. I suggest you get with an agent fast to look at these three or look at moving into a nice apartent complex instead.

T.E. & Naima…, Real Estate Pro in Dallas, TX
Thu Dec 15, 2011
T.E. & Naima Sumner answered:
You are in a little bit of a pickle because so many apartment leases require 60 day notice, but most single-family homes for rent are 30 days. This leads to the problem that you have to give notice before you know where you're going.

Right now there are about 30 rental properties available in the city of Richardson under about $1,500, but 30 days out from your move there may be more of them or fewer.

As frightening as it may be, you may have to give notice before you actually have agreed on a lease at a new place. Apartments may be willing to agree up to 60 days prior to move-in.

Try the link below to see rentals on a map. Just type Richardson under Geography, and slide the maximum price (on right) down to $1,500. You can ignore the ones that are above your limit (although some may be willing to come down on price).

Pamela Edwards answered:
Start looking about 30 days out. Leases usually go pretty quick so if you start looking any earlier than that the one you fall in love with will be gone by the time you are ready to move. You can always look online in the meantime and get a good idea of neighborhoods and different types of homes that are available. ... more
