Behappy, Most property managers charge 10-15% of the gross rent. There are a variety of services provided for these fees; finding a tenant, background checks, collection of rent, overseeing the property, attending to maintenance issues, montitoring repairs by technicians, sending out for bids, follow up regarding repairs and cleaning of unit.

In Miami, you will have a broad selection of property managers to choose and ask about their services.
