When you say Bad Credit Applicants, most landlords and/or property managers & leasing agents will want to know 'How Bad?' The first step to qualifying a prospective tenant is checking not only their credit score/s but their current & past rental & job history -- What's their total monthly NET income? How long have they worked for their current company? How long have they lived in their current rental? Have they ever been evicted? What is their current status & history with the Utility Companies? An applicant's answers to these are critical to whether any Landlord (investment property owner) is willing to rent their property...I'm a KC residential sales/realtor/agent who highly recommends prospective Tenants and Landlords/Investors to South KC-based property manager, MATT KINCAID - he's the owner/CEO of KPM- Kincaid Property Management, LLC office ph: 913-575-8355.

The best policy is always to ask...and not withhold vital information. Some landlords, or agents, have better listening skills then others. I, for example, am bilingual, Psychology minor, self-made property manager, entrepreneur, paralegal with a law school background, future lawyer and aspiring civil rights advocate.and writer.
