Call Lido Equity Management in Beverly Hills (look up on the internet). They own several properties in Orange County.
Ask for the Avocado Property and Rachel's #.I lived here for three years nice, quiet and in that price range you seek. I had a two bedroom one bath by myself for $1150 and the last year it got raised to $1200.
They pay water, gas, and trash and are easy going about dogs and cats. I lived in #1 I loved it in fact I miss my old place sometimes. I got engaged last March and moved to Lake Forest in my fiance's home.
