Hello!

Looking for a place to live can be very time consuming. There are several sites that list vacancies in respective cities. We update our website with available properties rather frequently. Hopefully there is something that fits your search criteria. Best of luck with your search!

Look in Long Beach, much more affordable although not nearly as nice as Torrance

That is a tight budget for Torrance. I don't think an agent can help you with that. Your best bet is to contact large apartment complex or property management companies and see what the going rate is for 1 bedrooms or studios.

Good luck,

I would suggest you try the regular rental sites: http://www.craigslist.com http://www.apartments.com http://www.trulia.com (Rentals Section) http://www.zillow.com (Rentals Section) http://www.realtor.com (Rentals Section) Between all of those, you will get a very clear picture if you can find what you are looking for. Good luck!
