Real estate agents don't cost a renter or buyer anything (only the landlord or seller).
So why do it alone?

Hi Ceilo2sky,

Generally, the landlord is the person that pays any Realtor® commissions. The renter, or buyer does not usually pay the real estate agents. Thus, it makes no sense, not to use the expertise of a Realtor® when renting or buying.

The landlord is responsible if they have entered into a contract with a realtor to rent their property.

The only fee is $20 background check which is applied towards the 1st months rent. Check for warrants or prior evictions.
