The question is subjective, what may be good for one, may not necessarily be the case for another; therefore why not simply consider a visit to the school(s) of interest; ask for a tour of the facilities, speak to the superintendent, principal, teachers, etc., and ask all your questions, then determine if your comfort level can be reached. Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase/rent, or not, in specific neighborhoods. I have a list of the top percentile of schools and their rankings. Mansfield has higher rankings amongst its scholastic programs however there are some homes that are Arlington geographically but are still in the Mansfield ISD school district. Contact me if you need information regarding this matter and I will be glad to help you out.
