i am trying to move to a house with 2 bedrooms and i want to know how much could be the utilities

Depends on the amount of lighting fixtures, bulb watts and the usage. The winter can be lower though it all depends if you have a central unit or radiator heating/baseboard. There is not an exact number though you can get an average monthly bill from the current potential landlord or agent representing you.

This is hard to answer. Depends on the type of house, square footage structure, heating system. Ask the current owner for bills
