I think you will be hard pressed to find a 2-3 bedroom in those areas at that price. Try either http://www.rent.com, or http://www.rentals.com, I have had Clients tell me they have had good luck on finding a rental and also educate them on rental prices in certain areas. Best of Luck:)

I would have to agree with Brian that you will probably not find anything under $700 with 2-3 bedrooms in these areas. You may find something in Southeast Aurora that might work.

I think the best site for rentals is http://www.Rentals.com. Since this site is a pay site, it seems to have much better information and not as many scams. Please be careful on craigslist as many of our clients have run into many different rental scams.

P.S. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

Good Luck!

I would check on Craigslist for rentals and would look for Castle Rock...You could get a one bedroom, I think

I am guessing you are looking to rent over buy?? Trulia rentals certainly is an option, but the clients I talk to who are wanting a rental, I point them towards Craigslist, Denver Backpage, Hotpads, Trulia and Zillow. Unlike the homes for sale where they are entered into an MLS, there isn't any database like this for rentals.

If you are looking to purchase, please check out http://JulieReddingtonRealEstate.com. You will have to factor in HOA' s, insurance, taxes, but you have the tax rights off's also which make home ownership more appealing.

Call me if you want to talk more in details about what you are looking for
