Check the website for lots of good information on schools. I found it by accident years ago and the site has only gotten better. You can see test scores, teacher to student ratios, demographics of student populations and how much is spent where for their budgets. Once you have selected a couple of schools it gets a lot easier to find the home. Lots of agents to help you too. But check for you important issues first then operate from a position of knowing what you want and need! Oh I forgot maybe the most important thing. This website will also let you compare the old school to the new school! Good luck on the hunt and you can find me here!

Hi Angela,
School districts and schools are so important. I have my Masters in Education from Texas Tech, and my sister is a teacher in Richardson, so I have definitely done the research. Please give me a call or e-mail me, and I would be more than happy to help you find a home in a great school district that meets your budget. Thanks!

Which school district and school is she in now and what don't you like about it. I am sure that there are some parents that like it just fine. The opinion of Good Schools is different to different people.

Richardson is a great school district and that seems to be where you are right now. There are lots of apartments in your price range. You may also try Plano. Try this, just an idea, go on Craig's list and see what you can find. There are apartment locator services that will help you for no fee to you. If that doesn't help, give me a call at 214-534-2020 and I'lls ee what I can find in MLS. But I really think your best bet is a locator.

Best of luck to you and your daughter. Hang in there!

I work with many families for Dallas rentals .

I would need to interview determine what works best for personal and professional obligations.

Dallas is a luxury home market for rentals.

I'm no sure if Forney is too far out, but the schools are good. Rentals at that price are hard to come by. I happen to be listing two 2br 2 bath apts. That have been totally updated. They will be $750. Call 214-682-0598 for more info
