Could be 30-60 days depending on mortgage commitment.

Are you buying? If you are a cash buyer, usually within a month. If you are financing, up to 2 months from the time you write up the contract to the day you close.

Hello Luke,
Thanks for your question.
I gather that you want to know how long is the mortgage and home buying process once you have found the home.
It takes about 45 days approximately from the moment that you sign agreement to the settlement day This way you will have a little cushion for inspections and any delays that may happen.
Make sure you have been preapproved and have all the documents the loan officer asks you for.
If you are buying with a VA loan it maybe a little longer.
I have seen faster closings too. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Take care and good luck in your house hunting!

And like, we know where you're moving, how far, and how much stuff you have?
And we know when the previous people are going to move out?
How can we possible answer this?
