Hello Aaron,

The best thing for you and your family to do is start looking for a new place to live. You may want to review your latest lease agreement with the landlord to find out exactly what type of notice you are entitled to. I'd be happy to assist you further. Feel free to email me at Michael@REsourceSA.com or call 210-236-0022.

best of luck

Are you happy renting? If so, find a good real estate firm that places people in the area and handles rentals. See if they have anything in the area. Some people are happy with renting and unless you want to own, there is no pressure to make you own something. There is something to be said about not being responsible for the major systems if something goes wrong.

Best of luck to you.

Contact Adolph.Torres@sanantonio.gov to receive down payment assistance. Learn about fha morgages to receive a mortgage using alternative credit. Also consider getting a private morgage from a seller. You don't really need a mortgage from a bank or mortgage company to buy a house although they'd like you to believe that.

Something can be done using your great income, long job history and strong rental history.

I have a lot of experience turning situations like yours around and making you the winner. I am a realtor with an extensive mortgage and credit repair background. We can come up with a plan to get you and your family settled in Stone Oaks in a rental, and positioning you to have the credit to choose whatever you want to do next: buying or renting long term. Give me a call if you are interested: Robin 210-875-7247 Good Luck.

If your income is high and job is stable what is the problem with your credit? A strong letter of explanation will help and if your rental history is perfect that will be a major determining factor as well. That is the most important thing that is looked at but if you are not paying your other bills you will need a good explanation as to why.

Hope this helps.
