$1300 is quite low. is this a real price?

I actually live in Quail Hill and if a place was being rented here for $1300 I'd be both aware and tempted to rent it myself. Sounds like a pretty common scam so I'd follow the perfect advice already given on this thread.

There are many Scams going on. Please never send money without seeing the home, meeting the owner and checking on the address to make sure the correct owner is who you meet.
