You should never have to pay money to view a property. This is a known scam. Report it and keep looking =).

Dont send any money unless you are sure that the listor is real. You can still be scammed even if you physically viewed the property. Make sure the listor is a realtor or is the actual owner by checking the HICENTRAL.com or honolulupropertytax.com

I will agree with you. My son got caught up in a scam that sounds just like this one.

One of the biggest flags is no unit number. How can it an apartment building have no unit # ??
Be careful. I agree with Russ, look up the property owner's' name. That helps verify the owner.
But, don't be fooled by the email address. They can look it up too.
