What are your criteria for a desirable place?

Asking such an open ended question to a group of people who want to sell you a place, any place, may not be a best course of action....

Miami have various nice areas to live and that is one of them. Before deciding where will you live, you will need to take into consideration other factors than just if it is a nice place. Do you have pets? Are you married, have kids that need to go to school?, where will you be working?.

Please contact me if I can be of further assistance, you can reach me at 786-406-0503 or by email at vivian@marchena-mena.com.

Yes! Downtown Miami is flourishing and alive. Being close to Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Brickell and Midtown Miami just adds to the desirability. The amenities and location of Miami World Center will make it a top destination and attraction.
