Why is it so difficult to find a single family home to rent in the great Myrtle Beach area? There seems to be a good demant for long term rentals.

I am surprised there are not more property managers trying to rent homes in this market, when I know there must be homes that are not selling.

We are having trouble too. Our problem is that the rentals won't allow our dog and some won't allow a motorcycle. We have driven around and seen many empty homes that are not listed for rent. I don't understand why they are just sitting there empty?

Please contact me with any rental needs you may have. I have multiple clients with rental homes available.

Ummm...don't see any on your web site. Do you have any in Murrells Inlet or Pawley's Island?

Actually , single family homes are not difficult to find in the rental market. Where are you looking?

I am looking at all the typical rental websites, and from referrals to companies allegedly doing property rentals in the Murrells Inlet and Pawley's Island areas.
