With so many people losing their homes rental properties are in high demand, they go fast. Work with an agent that can get you daily updates on properties that come on the market. Have all the required documents like credit report proof of income and an application ready that way if you find one your agent can submit the application right away. You can always work out the terms of the lease.

Good luck

Consider working with an agent; also check local print media fro by owner rentals, always verify ownership before exchanging any money; word of mouth, etc.

I found only 10 rental listings in wyandotte when I searched that area code. To answer your question there are many people looking for rentals these days and it could be they are renting out very quickly. If you would like I can email you updates on a daily basis on what is currently available and anything new if you like. Just let me know you email address and I can setup an automated search.

You can call, text, or email me anytime with questions.
